James Fox was born in England and raised in New York and California. He began his journalism career early in life as an assistant to father/writer Charles Fox, a quadriplegic with Multiple Sclerosis. Together they traveled on many magazine assignments, interviewing such notables as Stephen Hawking and race car legend Dan Gurney for the likes of Rolling Stone, Car & Driver to Sports Illustrated. James finished and sold his first documentary to Discovery by the time he was 28. He has since completed and distributed TV projects for Sci-Fi, TLC, National Geographic and History Channel and has made frequent appearances on Larry King Live, Night Line, Dateline, Anderson Cooper and others. His film on UFOs, I Know What I Saw, is one of the most watched documentaries on the subject and his latest film, 701 will be released later this year and is a collaboration with director Jamie Torme.
Louis Buff Parry was born in the southeastern San Francisco Bay Area at the end of 1947, Dec 28. He continued his education in the US Air Force learning to first systematically detect embedded sound patterns and codes in Radio Ops, and later to become a member of the Pacific Ground Electronic Engineering Installation Agency. Mr. Parry studied at San Jose State University, Carleton University in Ottawa, and taught in four faculties at the University of Regina. Mr. Parry still occasionally teaches at the University of Alberta and at Saint Stephen's College, and guest lectures at universities, museums, and other venues around the world.

Author, journalist and TV personality Nick Pope used to run the British Government's UFO project at the Ministry of Defence. Robert Davis Ph.D is an internationally recognized scientist in his field, and served as a professor at the State University of New York for over 30 years. He graduated with a B.A. and M.A. from the City University of New York and with a Ph.D in Hearing Science and Audiology from The Ohio State University. Dr. Davis has published over 40 articles in scholarly journals and several book chapters on various topics in clinical audiology, the effects of noise on hearing, and auditory neuroscience. He has also lectured on these topics at national and international conferences and was awarded several major grants to fund research in the hearing sciences.
William Brown is a biophysicist and research scientist at the Resonance Project Foundation and Hawai’i Insitute for Unified Physics , where he performs experimentation and theoretical work to better understand the physics of complex systems. He explores all systems of knowledge, from physics and biology to ontology and the nature of consciousness. Although his exploration of understanding is all inclusive, William’s professional background is in cellular and molecular biology. He has worked in numerous laboratory facilities across the United States and has extensive experience in molecular biology research. After extensively studying the biochemical processes of molecular biology, William has extended this investigation to the physics of living and complex systems, specifically the theoretical framework for how consciousness may be engendered as well as ordering mechanisms driving evolution and negentropy. William is currently working to bring forth new technologies and ideas to assist in the advancement of civilization and the health and prosperity of our global community and planet.
