Karen Bell is a Canadian clairvoyant, trance channeler and spiritual teacher who helps people reconnect with their intuition and higher self. Since 2018, Karen has been channeling Sarai, an Andromedan being who describes herself as an ambassador for an Andromedan collective.
Through her work with Sarai, Karen explores intuition, spiritual awakening, personal transformation and the evolution of consciousness. A central focus of their work is helping people recognize and release the limiting beliefs and conditioning that can prevent them from fully expressing who they are. Sarai teaches that as we release these limitations, we become clearer and fuller conduits for the wisdom, energy and consciousness of our own soul.
