Olav Phillips is the founder of the Anomalies Network, one of the largest online resources for UFO and paranormal research and information. With more than 24 years of experience in the field, Olav has dedicated his career to researching, documenting, and preserving the history and data of the UFO and paranormal community.
As an archivist and researcher, Olav has compiled a database containing more than 142,000 reported sightings. His work focuses on applying emerging technologies to ufology—using data analysis, digital research tools, and innovative methodologies to uncover patterns, develop new insights, and explore alternative theories.
Olav is also passionate about making information more accessible. He developed UFOcrawler, a specialized search tool designed to help researchers locate and analyze relevant information across thousands of documents and files within the Anomalies Network archive, as well as resources from around the world.
