Support requests are for Fadernaut members. If you are paying less than 9.99/month then you may have a LibSyn account and all support for this third-party service will come directly from them. [email protected]
If you choose to e-mail support about an issue please be sure to do the following:
1. Check Your E-mail address.
The easiest way to check is to send an e-mail to yourself and then reply to the e-mail you receive and send yourself a second one. (this also double checks to make sure your reply-to address is correct.)
2. Check PayPal
Make sure that the e-mail address listed on any PayPal account you have is also valid. Many receipts and information is send to an e-mail address that is listed on your PayPal account instead of one you may believe it’s going to.
3. E-mail Support
If any of the suggestions below don’t help you resolve your issue, you can send an e-mail to support.
Support requests can be sent to:
Include the address of the webpage you are on or having issues with if applicable as well as the name of the browser you are using. You can also use this website: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ To send a link with all your browser details.
If you already made a purchase, I will also need a copy of your PayPal receipt. This receipt should contain a transaction ID and an invoice ID. Once I have these things, it should be an easy matter to fix.
The signup is a multi-stage process. It’s done this way to help keep your account safe as well as the website. The first e-mail message you get should be confirming your purchase and should include an signup link. This link should allow you to input your personal information and pick a username. A password “reset” link will be sent to your e-mail after you sign up. Clicking on this link should bring you to a password “reset” page. This is where you set your password for the first time.
If there is an issue with setting your password, I can issue a manually generated random one. If you choose to e-mail support for assistance, please include any error messages you get.
If you are having trouble logging in:
You can reset your password here: https://jimmychurchradio.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you are having issues downloading a specific episode, e-mail support and please include the address of the page you are on as well as the name of the archive and/or file you are attempting to download.
If you are re-directed to a membership purchase page, then you are either not logged into your account, or the account you have isn’t a premium account. Only premium accounts can download the archives.
